  • Mustard
  • Brown sugar

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped potatoes, carrots, red onion, broccoli, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper; toss to coat.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, brown sugar, and additional olive oil to create the glaze.
