Ingredients
- 1 ounce package red gelatin (3, such as JELL-O Gelatin in Strawberry flavor)
- 1 ounce package blue gelatin (3, such as JELL-O Gelatin in Berry Blue flavor)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows (divided)
- 1 cup warm water (divided into two 1/2 cups)
- 4-inch lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Spray an 8.5 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine red gelatin and 1/2 cup warm water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1.5 minutes and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in 1.5 cups marshmallows and microwave again for about 1 minute until partially melted. Whisk until smooth and cool slightly before pouring into the dish. Refrigerate to set.
- Repeat with blue gelatin layer using remaining water and marshmallows; pour over the set red layer once cooled.
- Once both layers are firm, remove from the refrigerator, slice into strips, roll into pinwheels, and insert lollipop sticks.
