- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 2 cups marshmallow creme
- 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips

- Red gel food coloring
- Blue gel food coloring

- Line a 9×5 loaf pan with aluminum foil.
- In a large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring.
