  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
  • 2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red gel food coloring
  • Blue gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme, white chocolate chips, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Quickly divide into three bowls; color one red and one blue.
  5. Layer red fudge in the pan first, then white, then blue.
  6. Optionally swirl layers with a knife.
  7. Allow to set at room temperature for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
