  • 22 1/2 pounds flank steak (cut into 6 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup tamari sauce
  • 1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
  • 3 bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Marinate the steaks in tamari sauce and garlic for at least 1 hour or overnight.
