- 500g ground beef or lamb
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 3–4 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- coriander powder
- garam masala
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps.
- Mix in dry spices (turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt) and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil.
- Lower heat, cover the skillet, and let simmer for about 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with garam masala and freshly chopped coriander before serving.
