Ingredients
- 3 cups graham crumbs
- 24 ounces full-fat cream cheese

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for apple filling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
- Wrap a 9-inch springform pan in tin foil to prevent water from seeping in.
- In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Prepare apple filling by slicing apples and mixing them with brown sugar and cinnamon.
