- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush saltine crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix crushed crackers with sugar and softened butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into an 8-inch pie pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- Bake the crust for 18 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, beat egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust and bake for another 16 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before topping with fresh whipped cream and serving chilled.
