  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 12 squares Colby jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in barbecue sauce for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over low heat until crispy; set aside on paper towels.
  3. Grill marinated chicken for approximately 3 minutes per side, basting with additional barbecue sauce until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
