  • 1 Cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  6. Drop heaping 1/4 cup portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
