Ingredients
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12-count)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ pound thinly-sliced deli ham
- ¼ pound deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ pound deli-sliced Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Poppy seeds
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven's broiler to high.
- Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Set aside.
- Slice the rolls in half and broil them cut-side up until lightly toasted.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Layer the bottom half of the rolls in the dish, spreading half of the mayo mixture on top.
- Add layers of cheddar cheese, ham, and Swiss cheese before placing the top half of the rolls back on.
- Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder. Brush over the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
