  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls (12-count)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ pound thinly-sliced deli ham
  • ¼ pound deli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ pound deli-sliced Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Poppy seeds
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler to high.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Slice the rolls in half and broil them cut-side up until lightly toasted.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Layer the bottom half of the rolls in the dish, spreading half of the mayo mixture on top.
  6. Add layers of cheddar cheese, ham, and Swiss cheese before placing the top half of the rolls back on.
  7. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder. Brush over the sliders.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
