  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and season with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.

  4. Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F; bake seasoned salmon on a lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F; cook salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for the sauce.
  7. Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with the bang bang sauce before serving warm or at room temperature.
