Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with a cast iron skillet inside.
  2. Pat the salmon dry and season with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully place the seasoned salmon in the hot skillet and bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked salmon and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
