Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” x 9” pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and mix it with cookie butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl until combined.
- Add in eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Incorporate flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon gently until just combined; fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with broken Biscoff cookies, and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
