  • 1 pound large shrimp (raw, deveined)
  • 1 pound top sirloin steak (cut into cubes)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Blackened seasoning
  • Garlic, onion, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.

  3. Sear seasoned steak cubes in the same skillet for about 4-5 minutes until browned; remove from heat.
