  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon (high quality)
  • 1 lb. Farfalle pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (washed/chopped/dried)
  • 1 pint cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/3 cup Red Onions (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing by whisking milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning together; refrigerate until needed.
  2. Cook farfalle pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and cool with olive oil.
  3. Fry bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels and chop once cooled.
  4. Combine cooled pasta with half of the ranch dressing.
  5. Mix in chopped lettuce, tomatoes, onions, BBQ sauce, and remaining bacon. Toss gently.
