  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for serving)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Water (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place ⅓ cup of the filling in the center. Wet the edges with water.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal completely.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray and air fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
