Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 1 (12-ounce) can of beer (optional)
- 3 tablespoons Creole Cajun seasoning
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp, deveined
- 1 lb pre-cooked snow crab leg clusters
- 12 ounces andouille sausage
- 4–6 ears mini sweet corn
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large stockpot, bring water and beer to a boil. Add seasonings, onion, and lemon; boil for 15 minutes.
- Stir in sliced sausage and potatoes; cook until tender (15–20 minutes).
