  • 2.53 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 810 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Scrub and slice potatoes into 1/8-inch rounds.
