  • 8 oz farfalle or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic and broccoli; cook until broccoli is bright green (3-4 minutes).
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  4. Make the Alfredo sauce by heating heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in the greased baking dish; mix well.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden on top. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
