  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and mix with ranch dressing in a bowl.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and layer the bottom halves in a baking dish. Add shredded chicken mixture, top with bacon slices and cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
