  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Pound chicken breasts thinly and season.
