Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the chicken on both sides; transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until golden. Deglaze with sherry wine.
