  • ½ cup cashews (lightly chopped)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add chopped chicken and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, blend cashews, tomato paste (optional), garlic, ginger, and spices until smooth. Adjust with water if too thick.
  3. Mix the korma paste with yogurt and marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Cook onions and chili peppers in oil until softened. Add marinated chicken and cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes to enhance flavors.
