  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams almond flour
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine egg whites and granulated sugar in a bowl over simmering water, whisk until sugar dissolves.
  3. Whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
  4. Sift together almond flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar; fold into meringue gently.
  5. Pipe small circles onto prepared sheets, bang sheets to remove air bubbles.
  6. Bake for about 13 minutes, allow to cool completely before removing.
