  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups heavy cream (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Toppings: 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (for ganache), mini chocolate chips, chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking cups or mini springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of each cup. Chill.
  3. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool slightly.
  4. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and mix until thickened.
  5. Fold melted chocolate into two-thirds of the mixture; spread over the chilled crust.
