Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar (for the filling)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough into the pan, pressing seams together to form a sheet.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough evenly.
- Unroll the second can of dough on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing.
