  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for the filling)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the bottom.
  5. Unroll one can of crescent dough into the pan, pressing seams together to form a sheet.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough evenly.
  7. Unroll the second can of dough on top of the filling.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
  9. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing.
