Description

Classic Italian Meatballs (Tender and Juicy!) are a delightful dish that combines rich flavors and tender textures, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ cup grated pecorino Romano cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef chuck
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • ⅓ cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes. Then mix in egg yolks, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ground beef and pork. Gently mix in the soaked breadcrumb mixture and chopped parsley until just combined.
  3. Using a measuring cup or scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Cook by baking or frying until golden brown and cooked through.
