Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
