  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 lb cooked sausage, sliced
  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the cooked sausage and chicken; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  2. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and buffalo sauce. Add pasta ensuring it's submerged. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
