  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook Italian sausage until browned (5–7 minutes). Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, boil salted water in a pot and cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Lower the skillet heat and add heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing; stir until heated through.
  4. Mix in cooked penne pasta until evenly coated with sauce.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
