  • 300 g rigatoni pasta
  • 1 onion, diced

  • ½ cup chicken stock

  • Paprika
  • Dried parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Season ribeye steaks with paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and let marinate.
  2. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  3. In a hot frying pan, sear the steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest.
  4. In the same pan, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in butter until softened. Stir in chicken stock and cream; season well.
  5. Mix cooked rigatoni into the sauce. Slice the rested steak and serve over pasta.
