- 500 grams chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 tablespoon minced ginger

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon mild chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 200 grams tomato purée
- 200 grams full-fat plain yogurt
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 50 grams ground almonds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 100 ml double cream
- Fresh coriander for garnish

- Sauté chopped onions until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cook chicken pieces until browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
