- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in ranch seasoning mix and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach and cooked pasta; stir until combined.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
