  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Asiago cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Adobo
  • Paprika
  • Red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, Adobo, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes until fragrant.
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken in the skillet until golden brown; set aside.
