Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes; cube the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces; finely dice the onion.
