  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup mustard (divided)
  • 3 medium pickles (sliced lengthwise)
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice slider buns in half, placing the bottoms in the baking dish. Spread half of the mustard on these halves.
  3. Layer sliced ham on top of the buns, followed by Swiss cheese and sliced pickles. Drizzle remaining mustard over the pickles.
  4. Place top halves of the buns on the sliders, lightly spraying them with nonstick spray. Cover with foil and place a second dish on top to press down gently.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes covered, then remove foil and pressing dish, baking for another 5-10 minutes until tops are crispy and cheese melts.
  6. Serve warm for best flavor.
