- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar (divided)

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon mix)
- ¼ cup ground cinnamon
- ½ cup whipping cream or sour cream
- Icing: 1 cup powdered sugar, milk/cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In one bowl, mix together the cinnamon and ⅔ cup sugar; set aside.
- Cream together butter and 1½ cups sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour and baking powder together; gradually add to the wet mixture alternating with cream or sour cream.
- Pour half the batter into a greased Bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top, add remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before drizzling with icing made from powdered sugar mixed with milk/cream.
