  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices deli ham

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs with salt and white pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread with the remaining butter.
  4. Pour egg mixture into the skillet and gently swirl to cover the pan.
  5. Place the buttered bread on top of the cooking eggs.
  6. Cook until eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Carefully flip everything over using a spatula.
  8. Add cheddar cheese and ham on one slice, then fold excess egg over the ham.
  9. Top with the second slice of bread and flip again for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.
