- 75 g red bell pepper (sliced)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and honey. Mix well.
- Add flour, beaten egg, butter, and salt; blend thoroughly.
- Knead the dough for about 10–12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for an hour or until doubled in size.
- Deflate the dough and divide it into 16 equal pieces; shape them into balls.
- Flatten two pieces of dough together and coat with semolina; let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake on a preheated skillet until golden brown on both sides.
