  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 slices cooked bacon, sausage patties, ham, or Canadian bacon
  • 12 English muffins
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese or preferred cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a non-stick 9×13’’ baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes until set.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
  5. Assemble each sandwich by placing an egg square, cheese slice, and meat on an English muffin half. Top with the other half.
