Instructions

  4. Stir in the strawberries into the egg mixture.
  5. Gradually combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
  6. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins until nearly full.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 15-19 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
