  • 4 cups cooked short-grain white rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup white onion
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
