  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 and 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups assorted sliced fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
  4. Chill dough for at least 20 minutes before pressing it into the pizza pan.
  5. Bake for 17-19 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Let cool completely.
  6. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese and butter until smooth; add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla.
  7. Spread frosting on the cooled crust and top generously with sliced fruit.
