- 1 and 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 cups assorted sliced fresh fruit
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
- Chill dough for at least 20 minutes before pressing it into the pizza pan.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Let cool completely.
