- 85 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160ºC (320ºF) with a fan or 170ºC (338ºF) for conventional heating and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with both sugars until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; add chocolate chips.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then gently incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoons of batter onto the prepared tray, spacing them apart. Bake for about 12-14 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
