  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • A blend of spices: turmeric, garam masala, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, chili powder

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least one hour or overnight.
