  • 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Line an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips with coconut oil.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, almond milk, and cooled chocolate mixture.
  6. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-23 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
