- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 shallot (chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 springs rosemary (chopped)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup tarragon (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup mint (chopped)

Instructions
