Instructions

- Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), ground ginger, and lime juice in a bowl; pour into the skillet with shrimp.
- Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, stir in chopped cilantro, and serve immediately.
