  • 12 oz package of King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • 16 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • 78 oz sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the dish.
  3. Toast the bottom buns in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Spread mayonnaise (if using) on the toasted buns.
  5. Layer deli ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom buns.
  6. Mix melted butter with poppy seeds, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper; pour over sliders.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until heated through and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
