- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Set up three bowls: one with buttermilk, one with flour, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each shrimp in flour, then buttermilk, and finally coat with panko.
